One Reality (OR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to reducing poverty and empowering vulnerable communities in Cameroon.
Our mission is to restore hope and build resilience among disadvantaged women, youth, and children by providing opportunities for education, skills training, health services, and economic empowerment.
We envision thriving communities where all people have access to quality education.

OUR REACH
Since our founding in 2019, One Reality has:
- Provided vocational training to over 500 women and youths
- Supported 200 small businesses through skills training and microloans
- Reached 1000 children with educational and child protection services
- Conducted health campaigns benefitting 5000 community members
Our values include empowerment, opportunity, dignity, collaboration, and integrity, focusing on empowering individuals, providing growth opportunities, restoring dignity, collaborating with communities, and upholding ethics and transparency.
